MY CAREER DESCRIPTIONS
As a
design architect, I handling project by meeting with the client and discussing
the building’s purpose and budget. They may then visit the building site to get
an idea of what the location looks like, considering factors like the locale’s
climate and the appearance of surrounding buildings before they begin the
design. Then, I draw a preliminary design for the building, start with manual
sketches until 3D images. These drawings usually focus on the appearance and
shape of the building, its location on the building site and the interior
design. After the design is approved by the client, I hand the drawings off to other architects who
create detailed blueprints that will be used to build the structure based on
the chosen design.
I
always follow the design principals and be responsible for creating conceptual
designs including master planning, programming, interior space planning and new
ground up projects. Part of my tasks is to study the detailing of façade
buildings. Façade building design in Malaysia played an important elements
especially for highrise
building. Here I always involve to determine materials, specifications, and
types of building envelope.
As
experienced design architect, i am the leader to fresh graduate
architects. Deliver my experienced and knowledge is must. This is because, when
the new designer be part of staff, it is important for them to understand all
the tasks given. It will helps me to
finish the projects within the timeline.
